All right, title and ownership in the Apps remain with Chorus Health or its licensors, as applicable. - Copy, store, reproduce, transmit, modify, alter, reverse-engineer, emulate, de-compile, or disassemble the Apps in any way, or create derivative works of the Apps;
- Use the Apps or any part of them to create any tool or software product that can be used to create software applications of any nature whatsoever;
- Rent, lease, loan, make available to the public, sell or distribute the Apps in whole or in part;
- Tamper with the Apps or circumvent any technology used by Chorus Health or its licensors to protect any content accessible through the Apps;
- Circumvent any territorial restrictions applied to the Apps; or
- Use the Apps in a way that violates this License Agreement or the other Terms.
You may not make the Apps available to the public. The Apps made available (in whole or in part) are owned by Chorus Health and your use of them must be in accordance with these Terms.

Future Functionality
You agree that your purchase of the Licensed Application is not contingent on the delivery of any future functionality or features, or dependent on any oral or written public comments made by Chorus Health regarding future functionality or features.
Unsolicited Submission of Ideas
Neither Chorus Health nor any of its employees accepts, invites or considers under any circumstances unsolicited submissions of ideas, creative suggestions or proposals, including ideas for new advertising campaigns, new promotions, new or improved products or technologies, packaging or other materials related to our products, product enhancements, processes, materials, marketing plans, research related to our business, business operations or new product names. This policy is intended to avoid disputes in the event that Chorus Health products or marketing strategies seem similar to ideas submitted to Chorus Health or its employees.
The following terms shall apply to any unsolicited submission regardless of any statement included in accompanying material: Except as governed by our Privacy Policy, all ideas included in any unsolicited submission will automatically be treated as non-confidential and non-proprietary and will become the sole property of Chorus Health without any compensation whatsoever. If you breach this provision, Chorus Health will hold you fully responsible for any loss that we may sustain and hold you accountable for all profits that you might make from such a breach.
Termination
We may terminate your access to and use of the Services, at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you. You may cancel your Account at any time by sending an email to us at [email protected]. If you purchase Subscription via an App Provider, you should also cancel your Subscription with the App Provider directly. Upon any termination, discontinuation or cancellation of Services or your Account, all provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive will survive, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution provisions.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Chorus Health from any and all liabilities, penalties, claims, causes of action and demands brought by third parties (including the costs, expenses and attorney’s fees on account thereof resulting from your use of the Site) whether based in contract or tort (including strict liability) and regardless of the form of action.
Entire Agreement, Updates and Modifications
These Terms and any referenced documents constitute the entire agreement between Chorus Health and you pertaining to your use of the Site.
